Do you sell to individuals or just businesses?
How long does it take to receive an order?
You may order one cart, although shipping is generally as much as the cart itself. One-cart shipping varies by location, although a good rule of thumb is that one cart will cost about $120 for shipping. Each additional cart will only increase your shipping estimate by about $30. Thus, the effective shipping cost will be smaller on a per-cart basis when you order more carts. If the cart is shipped to a residence and not a business, the shipping cost will be an additional $100. Most individuals who wish to purchase one cart generally purchase our smaller folding carts or children's carts to avoid expensive shipping costs. These carts are shipped for a reasonable rate through FedEx or UPS ground shipping.
Our items are shipped by less than truckload (LTL) freight carrier. These massive trucks require costly amounts of fuel which is why shipping is so pricy for one cart. UPS and FedEx ground shipping methods cannot ship items with the weight and dimensions of a full-sized shopping cart. We do allow you to use your own shipping carrier should you find a cheaper alternative.
Most orders, such as full-sized shopping carts, are shipped by less than truckload (LTL) freight carriers and must go through a quotation process before order submission. To complete an order, simply choose your cart and color options, along with your order quantity, and add the product to your checkout cart. In your shopping cart, press the “Get Shipping Quote” button to enter your shipping information. Fill out your shipping information and click “Send Your Request Now” to finalize your quote request. A representative will process your request within 24 hours and reply via e-mail.
Some specialty items, such as folding carts, replacement cart parts, children's carts and shopping cart handle covers, may be purchased immediately without the need to request a quote. These items are shipped by FedEx or UPS ground shipping and will show a "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart page. Simply click this button and enter your billing/shipping information to finalize your order.
Customers who purchase individual items such as folding carts, children's carts, shopping cart handle covers and replacement parts will receive a tracking code via email. Shopping cart orders may also be tracked upon request although we cannot send a tracking code until the carts have been picked up at the warehouse. This allows us to choose the freight carrier who will be least expensive up to the minute your carts are ready for pickup, reducing your shipping costs as much as possible.
Shipping is costly on metal and plastic shopping carts because these items are shipping by less than truckload (LTL) freight carrier. The closer you are to Newton, NC, the cheaper your rates will be.
UPS and FedEx ground shipping methods cannot ship items with the weight and dimensions of a full-sized shopping cart. We do allow you to use your own shipping carrier should you find a cheaper alternative.
We offer delivery of shopping carts to the Contiguous United States, or the Lower 48 states. This includes all U.S. states besides Alaska and Hawaii. Products that can be ordered without clicking the "Get Shipping Quote" button are shipped by UPS or FedEx ground and arrive much faster than orders where a quote is necessary. We generally do not except orders from countries outside the United States.

We offer carts to both individuals and businesses. While most individuals prefer the smaller folding carts or children's carts, we do offer full-sized shopping carts for personal use. Keep in mind, however, that full-sized cart shipping is quite costly when shipped to a residential location. One cart generally costs $220 to ship to a residential location and $120 to a business location. A business location must not share a building in order to qualify. Whether you are a business or resident, each additional cart will only increase shipping costs by approximately $30.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Full-sized shopping cart orders generall take 3-4 weeks to receive once the order is placed. Larger orders (quantities 4+) will take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive. Individual items such as folding carts, children's carts, shopping cart handle covers and replacement parts generally take 3-5 business days.
